The EagleSmith never sells, rents, or trades your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and how you can access or delete it.

Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you request a chart, buy a product, or submit a form, we collect your name, email address, birth date, birth time, and birth place.
Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and its hosting platform may collect basic technical data, such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location based on IP address. Cookies may be used for site function and basic analytics.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Generate your Human Design and astrology charts and reports
- Deliver products you purchase and respond to your messages
- Send you emails about our content, products, and offers
- Tailor email content to your chart type or interests
- Understand our audience so we can create more relevant content
Email. By submitting a form on our site, you agree to receive emails from The EagleSmith. Every email we send complies with the CAN-SPAM Act, identifies us as the sender, and includes our mailing address and a one-click unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will honor it promptly.
Chart data for content and research. We keep a separate record of birth date, birth time, and birth place, with your name and email removed, to spot patterns in our audience (for example, which Human Design types we serve most). This record is used only internally to guide our content. We never publish birth data in a way that could identify you.
Who We Share It With
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — website, forms, customer records, and email (name, email, birth data)
- Bodygraphchart (BGC) — calculates Human Design and astrology charts (birth data entered in the free chart form or report product)
- Stripe — processes payments (name, email, payment details)
- Notion — stores our internal chart research records (birth date, time, and place only)
Each provider has its own privacy policy and security practices. We may also disclose information if required by law, such as to comply with a court order.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information for as long as you remain on our list or use our services, so we can send relevant emails and re-deliver your reports. If you unsubscribe, we keep only what we need to honor that request. If you ask us to delete your data, we will.
Your Choices and Rights
No matter where you live, you can:
Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email
Delete your personal information permanently
To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Deleted data is removed from our customer records; Stripe may keep transaction records as required by financial regulations.
Visitors Outside the United States
We are based in the United States, and our service providers store data in the U.S. If you use our site from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. The rights listed above apply to everyone.
Age Requirement
Our site and services are intended for adults 18 and older and for entertainment purposes only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Nature of Our Services
Human Design, astrology, card readings, pendulum work, and related tools are offered for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment. They are not scientifically proven and are not a substitute for professional advice.
Nothing we provide is medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Please consult a licensed professional for those needs. Any examples or results we share are illustrative and not a guarantee of your outcome.
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions, including any you make based on our readings, reports, sessions, or content.
Purchases and Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you confirm that the payment information you provide is yours and accurate.
Refund Policy
All sales are final for readings, reports, sessions, coaching, courses, and digital downloads. These are personalized or instantly delivered, so they cannot be returned. If a digital file is damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us and we will fix it or resend it.
Physical products (such as oracle decks) that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
Chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We are happy to resolve genuine problems directly.
Membership and Subscription Plans
Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or through your account settings.
When you cancel, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period, and your access ends on the cancellation date. We will give you advance notice of any price change before it takes effect.
Sessions and Appointments
You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, are forfeited and not refunded. If we need to cancel, we will reschedule at your convenience or give you a full refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on our site and in our products, including courses, printables, reports, card decks, graphics, and written content, is owned by The EagleSmith and protected by copyright.
When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal use. You may print copies for yourself. You may not resell, share, distribute, post publicly, or use our products to teach or create competing products without our written permission.
Community and Conduct
In our community spaces, including The Forge, please treat others with respect. We may remove content or end access, without refund, for harassment, spam, sharing others' private information, or reselling our materials.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, The EagleSmith is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of King County, Washington.
